We don’t have control like we would like to think we do. We can control small things, like what we decide to eat, but not everything. It may even be a little healthy for us to have some control. But, when it comes to things like getting sick, losing a loved one, someone doing something towards us that is horrible, we can’t control it. We can only control our reaction.

I was diagnosed with Covid 2 days before I was supposed to go to launch for my trip. I have realized since last year that we don’t have control and we need to be open to outcome. It’s all we can do really.

I also have realized that opposition is a sign that you are in the will of God. When we are doing God’s will the enemy will try to oppose us. We just have to trust the Lord and keep going. We have to allow the opposition to refine us. Just as fire refines the gold.

I know this a short post. It’s just a quick update. I love everyone! I’ll be in Guatemala so soon, just a couple of weeks late.
