So, I am currently four months away from heading home to SC. As most of you know I will be closing out my job at TC and going home for four months, before going on the World Race.

I recently had my job interview at Cherokee Creek Boys School and I’m excited to start in four months. I’m excited for different challenges and having more time to fundraise.

Let me just say though that closing out your time in a ministry is so hard. You have the Devil at your throat, your own feeling to wrestle with, depression and different things you have to wrestle with day to day in order to finish out well.

Now, this is not a blog post to complain, but simply be real about how hard it is to fight the good fight. Because that is what it is. The fight, for your soul and those untrusted to you to care for.

So, I guess what I’m trying to do is update everyone and let them know that I will be in SC soon, Lord willing, but until then I will keep working, fundraising and trusting that the Lord has this in His hands.

Thank you to everyone who had not only supported me financially, but has been so kind and helpful in helping me to finish out well, so I can work towards the next step.

                                                                                        ??, Elizabeth
